5 Easy to follow steps:

Step 1:   Squeeze entire contents of whitening Gel onto center of Ionic White mouthpiece.

Step 2:   Squeeze entire contents of whitening Gel Accelerator onto center of Ionic White mouthpiece.

Step 3-5 : (Approximately 21 minutes)

3- Place Ionic White unit in your mouth and turn it om for 2 minutes

4- Remove Ionic White and swish the remaining gel for 5 to 7 minutes ,then rinse.

5- Repeat Steps 1-4 two more times
